HBADA P5 Ergonomic Office Chair with Footrest

I am absolutely thrilled with the chair.
The chair was delivered faster than expected, was well packaged and came with clear assembly instructions. The assembly was easy, the screws were individually packaged and all parts seem to be of high quality. Assembling was easy.

Since I now work from home very often, it was time for a new office chair. There is no comparable chair for this price. The comfort even over several hours in the home office is simply excellent. The padding is comfortable and provides good support for the back and shoulders. It is very comfortable and has no back problems.

One of the best features of this chair is its ergonomic design, which keeps me comfortable during extended periods of work. The adjustable backrest and armrests are easy to adjust and provide additional comfort. The chair also rolls easily over the floor or carpet thanks to the high-quality wheels.

Really good quality, easy to assemble and is really easy to get comfortable in.

The chair is labelled as a 300 pound chair on sale for 180 at the time of purchase. This chair is not comfortable and the arm rests hurt due to lack of any softness at all. The head rest also folds down when you try and rest your head. I contacted Hbada and enquired about returning the chair and was told I would be charged 15 - 70% even though it clearly states on their sites I can request a return due to quality. This was labelled as quality issues meant broken or factory fault items, not poor quality chair. I told them I was covered under the distance selling act and would have my credit card handle the refund as they wanted me to provide video evidence the chair was causing me pain. I ask them how they physically wanted me to do this to which I received no response and only they would charge 15% - 70% based on condition once received. They then said they were treating me as if I was a US based customer and that since I am UK I am covered under the act I quoted to them and they would sort a return label and give me a full refund. I waited on this but was then told their factory was unable to provide this and would I be available Monday (today 31st March) for the chair to be collected. I replied saying I would be in all day and received an e-mail back saying "noted". I have heard nothing more regarding this so might need to make a chargeback with my credit card company and have them deal with it. Chair is bog standard, uncomfortable arm rests, uncomfortable cushion and head rest not fit for purpose.

Good chair for the price but would be nice to have more lock position not just two when you lean on the back.
Another suggestion would be some softer and more comfortable arm rests, other that that it's a good ergonomic chair.

I don't usually write reviews but for this chair I have too. It's very comfortable, easy to assemble and helps me a lot with posture and back pain. It's not flimsy or cheap feeling but for the price it's a steal!
