This was a great option for my home office. It reclines, moves up and down, and has wheels for mobility.
My favorite feature HAS to be the arms that lift so you can slide the chair under your desk all the way with no gap, as you can see from the pictures. Lifting them is a little stiff, but it really saves space!
It has lumbar support (white piece on the back) but it’s not enough for my preference. I wish it protruded more into my back to support it. As can see the gap in the flow-up picture with my fingers. The lumber support also slides up and down so you can position it on different areas of you back (middle, lower).
I am also happy this came in gray, not just black/white, for a softer look to go with my office decor/color scheme.
It’s very comfortable for long-term sitting, but I don’t think I would say it’s ergonomic.
I have been working from home since March and was using an older chair. It was supposed to be short term, but now is a longer term working situation. The pain in my back was becoming unbearable from my chair and no standing desk (I have one in the office that I miss so much!). I am 25 years old and could not believe the back pain. It was severe. I knew it in part had to do with my chair, so I ordered this one. WELL WORTH THR MONEY. After a week of use my back pain has immensely improved. I was so excited to sit in it I could just SEE the back support compared to my old chair. You won’t be disappointed. This chair is even better than mine in the office!!! It was easy to assemble too.
